Co-founder and President

Nikki Kalustian co-founded Detroit Dismantling in 1997. The opportunity to play a vital role in Detroit’s growing economic impact inspired her. She oversees strategic planning and corporate development, human resources, and health and safety certification training.

Jeffrey Dore

Co-founder and Vice President

Jeffrey co-founded Detroit Dismantling in 1997 and serves as its vice-president. He manages all business operations and client needs, including project and bid estimation, project planning, and health and safety regulation implementation.

John D. Menzo

General Manager

John has more than a decade’s experience as a General Manager in the demolition industry. He handles project management, comprehensive estimating, detailed logistics, and client relations.
